			<description>I was working the low altitude arrivals for McCarran International, runways 19L and 19R, and aircraft transiting the TCA enroute to or from the North Las Vegas Air Terminal (VGT).  In general, my assigned airspace was that area north of the LAS ILS runway 25 approach below 4500 ft, and the area north of McCarran up to just south of the Showboat Hotel. I was also taking handoffs from the McCarran South Controller on aircraft that would have to make a normal traffic pattern at McCarran.

Here is exactly what the co-pilot said on the radio upon contacting me at the &quot;tower&quot; position:
